Tough syndrome to deal with, Linda. I’ve been familiar with it for years and have read studies showing that meditation can help by decreasing stress and strengthening the immune systom.
Thanks Nancy. I have tried that but it is difficult considering I have trouble focusing. Then I forget to do it! Any tips on meditating?

But you can benefit just by counting from 1 to 1000 (starting over each time you lose focus) or by relaxing and listening to classical music while letting your thoughts fade away.
The point is to still the mind and give it a break . . . to observe thoughts as they arise and let them drift away without chasing after them.
Much of our stress is self-created by the thoughts we think. When we control our thoughts, we lessen our stress and allow our immune systems to function more efficiently.

No way! How do you do all that you do?! I had no idea. But then again you might have already mentioned it. It’s not as if I can remember anything.
Mine manifests more as sciatic pain and is manageable, but a bit of a pest. I started taking an adrenal supplement (Burnout by Solal) three weeks ago and have found it very effective, especially with the quality of sleep I am getting.
