Hmong General Refused Burial at Arlington Memorial Cemetary

Considering this list of Foreign Nationals already buried at Arlington National Cemetary I find the Army’s denial to let General Vang Pao be buried there rather rude and back-stabbing.

It seems that General Vang Pao helped the United States greatly during the Vietnam War. We can’t spare a plot of land for him to rest in peace with special honor?
