  • You crave chocolate – it contains magnesium which you need more of during that time.

 

  • You’re so hungry! – you need 100 to 300 more calories during that time.

 

  • You feel as if your asthma, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, depression or arthritis gets worse at certain times of the month you are right. It’s because of the hormonal fluctuations during that time.
