Hobby Lobby the nationwide Christian based hobby store is now forced to provide the morning after pill that goes against their religious beliefs, through their insurance program. This is not freedom. This is not American. If you go to work for a company such as this you probably are a Christian and hold the same beliefs as the company. Yet again another freedom taken away.

I disagree with most of what you say here. You assume that anyone working at Hobby Lobby is “probably a Christian.” That may or may not be true. Being a Christian doesn’t automatically make you a pro-lifer. Your idea of “freedom” is skewed. You lose your freedom when you go to work at a company like this and are mandated to follow the religious beliefs of the owner. There is no law that says you have to make use of the morning after pill or other contraceptives, but they should be available for those who do want and need them and no business owner has the right to say otherwise. This is a private enterprise and therefore is somewhat different than the Catholic Church’s objection to the coverage of contraceptives. They are a religious entity so they might have some say in the matter. There is many very good reasons that religion is kept out of government and it should be kept out of business as well. No one has the right to impose his or her religious beliefs on others – even their employees. See my post: http://strandedalien.wordpress.com/2012/05/05/separation-of-church-and-state/
According to you, a female employee of Hobby Lobby who gets raped should be forced to have an unwanted child simply because she is not allowed a pill that could prevent it because it would go against her employer’s religious beliefs. Where is the freedom in that? Don’t blame Obama. Blame the religious zealots who get into a position of power and think they can control other people’s lives.
I understand what you are saying. And yes you would lose your freedom in the matter of the morning after pill if you went to work for a company like this. So if one felt strongly about this matter I don’t think you would go to work there. And yes I still think that most or a lot of the people who work there are Christains.
